Beef - The quality of our beef
is renowned throughout the area. We select it from local, free-range,
farms to minimise the stress. After slaughter our beef is then hung
for between 2 and three weeks, before being expertly prepared on
the premises.

Pork - Tasty meat with lovely, crispy crackling
- most of our pork comes from Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Like the
beef, we get most of it from local, free-range, farms.

Lamb - Luscious Somerset lamb, always available.
We even get spring lamb in time for Easter - try it! We can do joints
and cuts for special recipes like 'Crown Roast of lamb' and 'Guard
of Honour'.
