Christmas at Hansfords

As we get close to the festive season it’s good to know that your local butcher is now taking orders.

At Hansford's we feel that we know a “bit about Christmas!” We have seen over 40 Christmases come and go - that’s a lot of Christmas dinners!

We pride ourselves on sourcing local produce all year round with Christmas being no exception. We will as always have locally reared farm turkeys available and our usual free-range chickens, ducks and geese all from Cready Carver just across the border in Devon. Prime cuts of locally-produced beef are carefully aged so we get everything just right to produce a superb flavour and tenderness. Our pork is from local producers and always gives a roast to remember. Our bacon and ham comes from our friends at The Cornish Bacon Company who produce a fantastic product that hits the spot time and time again.

You will find an order form here on our web site (see below) or you can pick one up in the shop. Either way we will need a form completed and this will need to be either e-mailed to us or handed in at the shop. Once we have received your form an order number will be given to you. It would be helpful if you make a note of this number and have it with you on the day of collection. How to order and payment details are all on the order form.

Please note: Emailed orders will only be accepted up until 5pm on Monday 15th December. If you wish to place an order after this you will need to visit the shop to hand in the form in person.
